Matt Haines
Co-Owner
Matt is the guy with the tools and the brawn. He has more than 25 years of experience in residential remodeling. He is the one you will see on the jobsite every day. You will meet with Matt for your initial appointment to discuss your wishes and your needs. He can make suggestions using his vast knowledge of construction and remodeling. He will listen to you and help you discover your dream home within your own walls … or he’ll knock a wall down to suit! Matt is versatile and can conquer any remodel or update you desire.
Nicki Haines
Co-Owner
Nicki is the person behind the scenes. She runs the business office and keeps Matt heading in the right direction each workday. Nicki handles all things administrative including setting up first-contact appointments, invoicing, scheduling, and responding to emails. Her meticulous attention to detail and her organization skills are both important attributes that keep the wheels of West Side turning. She is incredibly effective at keeping up with multiple projects and making sure Matt knows which direction he is heading each day. That is no small feat.
Tyler T.
Tyler T. has been a valuable employee of West Side Remodel and Construction since 2018. He is learning a lot about construction and brings a great deal to every project. Tyler is an eager employee and is always ready to work and work well. He takes great pride in his work and is always looking to learn something new. He has been learning from Matt for a long time. Matt was Tyler’s Cub Scout leader when he was in elementary school. Tyler enjoys hunting, fishing, and the great outdoors.
Brian M.
Brian M. came to West Side Remodel and Construction in 2019. He brings with him years of experience in construction and remodeling. He earned a B.S. in Construction Management from Purdue University and has been an asset since his first day of work. Brian’s hobbies include fishing and racing. He also loves spending quality time with his grandchildren.
